Making colored pasta in cheese sauce:
Step 1: prepare onions.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We lay out the component on a cutting board and finely chop it with squares. Pour the chopped onions into a free plate.

Spread the thick cream in a small bowl and, using a hand whisk, beat them for several minutes. After this, add one yolk and continue to mix everything until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents warms up, pour the chopped onion into it. From time to time, stirring everything with a wooden spatula, fry the component until transparent.
Now we make a small fire and pour white wine into the pan. Sometimes, stirring everything with improvised inventory, we wait for the mass to boil. Immediately after this, add the creamy mixture to the container. Gently stirring, warm the sauce well. Important: refueling does not need to be boiled. Then, to taste, pour salt and pepper and, again stirring everything with improvised equipment, turn off the burner. We leave white wine sauce aside for a while. By the way, it is he who is the connecting ingredient in other dressings and cream soups.
Step 4: prepare hard cheese.
Using a fine grater, we rub the hard cheese directly into a clean plate and meanwhile set aside.
Step 5: Cook the Pasta
Pour ordinary cold water into a medium saucepan and put on a big fire. We cover the container with a lid so that the water boils faster. Immediately after that we make the fire less than average, salt the boiling liquid to taste, mix everything well with a tablespoon and gently pour the pasta. After boiling water again, we cook the component for 15 to 20 minutes. Attention: Be sure to check the preparation method on the packaging, as cooking time may vary depending on the type of pasta dough.
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and water from the pan, holding it with kitchen tacks, drain through a colander into the sink. Shaking the container with pasta lightly, pour them back into the pan. Add a piece of butter here and mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spatula. We cover the container with a lid and temporarily leave the dish aside.
Step 6: prepare the cheese sauce.
Pour liquid cream into a turkish or stewpan and put the container on a small fire. We warm the component to a hot state, but do not boil. Immediately after this, pour the grated hard cheese here and, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula or a tablespoon, bring the last ingredient to a molten state.
Meanwhile, slightly warm the pan with white wine sauce. Pour cheese sauce into this container, mix everything thoroughly with improvised inventory and let the mixture boil a little. Then turn off the burner and immediately proceed to the stage of preparation of the dish itself.
Step 7: prepare colored pasta in cheese sauce.
Pour hot cheese sauce into warm pasta and gently mix everything with a tablespoon or wooden spatula. I usually use the latest inventory so as not to tear pasta. Everything, the dish is ready!
