Ingredients for Making Fried Apple Pies

Cooking fried pies with apples:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Break the chicken egg into a deep bowl and shake it with a whisk. After that, add vegetable oil, soda, sugar, salt and pour sour cream. Mix well again so that the loose ingredients dissolve. Now gradually, in small portions, add wheat flour. Knead the dough first with a whisk, and then with your hands. As a result, you should get a cool mass that easily lags behind your hands and cutting board. When the dough is of the desired consistency, leave it on a cutting board, and cover with a plate on top and let lie in this form 25-30 minutes.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
Rinse the apples and, using a special knife, peel the skin from them. Cut each fruit into halves and remove the seed core, do not forget to also remove the tail. Peeled and washed apples in cubes or thin slices, depending on your wishes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour apple slices into it and fry for 2-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring all the time. At the end, add sugar and cinnamon to the fruit, mix again, remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Step 3: form the pies.
When the dough and filling are ready, it’s time to take on the formation of pies. To do this, I suggest a couple of different ways. You can roll the dough into a sausage, then cut pieces from it and flatten them into cakes. You can immediately roll out all the dough into a large layer and use a glass or a special shape to cut circles on it. After that, the leftovers get together and roll out again.
Whatever method you choose, we put apple filling in the center of the resulting cakes. Fold the pie and fasten the edges together. You can simply press them with your fingers, or you can do this with a fork. The main thing is to make sure that there are no holes in the products so that the filling does not leak.
Step 4: fry pies with apples.
Put the frying pan on the fire, before cleaning it from the remnants of apples and butter, the easiest way to do this is with disposable paper towels. Pour enough oil into the bottom of the pan. When it warms up, put the pies in the pan. Products must not cover each other so that they can be turned over without hindrance. On low heat, brown the pies on both sides. When the pastries are covered with a delicious crust, then everything is ready. With a spatula, remove the apple pies from the fire, moving them to a flat plate. Of course, all the products you have formed may not come in, so either take two pans at once, or just cook in batches.
Step 5: serve apple pies.
Pies with apples serve slightly cooled so as not to burn yourself. Sprinkle the cakes on top with icing sugar, which will give the dessert a more delicious appearance. Such a dish will be popular at any time of the year and you can always safely cook it for afternoon tea or breakfast. Serve hot tea, coffee or warm milk as a drink.
