So, if you are a happy owner of a multicooker, and you have all the right products at hand, then you can start the process. For this dish, any chicken pieces or a whole carcass, cut into pieces from 5 to 8 centimeters in size, are suitable, in our version this is fillet. We wash the meat under trickles of cold running water, dry it with paper kitchen towels, put it on a cutting board, cut the film from it with a sharp knife, veins, cartilage, cut into portions of the desired size, transfer to a small bowl and move on.
Using a clean knife, peel all the vegetables indicated in the recipe, rinse off the sand, dry, put them on a cutting board in turn and continue preparation.
Cut the potatoes into slices from 2 to 4 centimeters, send them to clean dishes filled with cold water, and leave them there until use, so as not to darken. We chop the beam into cubes, half rings or quarters.
Cloves of garlic just put aside. Grind carrots in cubes, straws or chop on a coarse grater. After that, we move the remaining products that will be needed to prepare this dish to the countertop, and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: cook the stewed potatoes with chicken in a slow cooker.


We send to a strong fire a full kettle of purified water, let it boil. Then we insert the plug of the multicooker into a socket, put a teflon bowl in the recess of the kitchen appliance and pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable refined oil into it. Then set the “Baking” mode to 20 minutes. Lower the pieces of meat to the bottom of the bowl and fry them, not covering them with a lid, stirring occasionally with a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula.
After 10 minutes add onions with carrots to the bowl and cook all together for another 5 minutes, periodically loosening. After that, we put the washed potato in the bowl, to taste salt, black ground pepper, laurel leaf, squeeze the garlic cloves through a special press and fill everything with water mixed with tomato paste, 2-3 centimeters before reaching the edge of all the ingredients. Gently mix the products to a homogeneous consistency, cover the kitchen appliance with a tight-fitting lid and set a new mode "Stew" for 1.5 hoursif the meat and vegetables are sliced ​​in medium slices, or 2 hoursif large.
After the necessary time, the kitchen appliance will turn off, notifying you of the end of cooking with a characteristic beeping, ringing or buzzing signal. We give the fragrant dish a slight infusion over 5-7 minutes, then open the lid, lay the potatoes with chicken on plates and taste.

Step 3: serve the chicken stew in a slow cooker.


Stewed potatoes with chicken in a slow cooker served hot as a second main course. - the set of spices indicated in the recipe is not fundamental, if desired, you can use any other spices, as well as herbs that are seasoned with vegetables and poultry, for example, sage, melissa, dried dill, parsley, basil and others;
