Ingredients for making minced chicken roll

Inventory:

Oven, cutting board - 3-4 pieces, a kitchen knife - 3-4 pieces, paper kitchen towels, an electric or stationary meat grinder, a deep bowl, aluminum food foil, a heat-resistant bread baking dish (size 25: 18: 8 centimeters), a glass (capacity 240 milliliters), kitchen scissors, kitchen potholders, a kitchen spatula - 2 pieces, a large flat dish or portioned plate.

Making minced chicken roll:

Step 1: prepare the oven and foil.


This dish is prepared very easily, even a novice cook can cope with it! First, turn on the oven 200 degrees Celsiustake a large sheet of foil 60 centimeters wide and 1 meter long 20 centimeters, fold it in half, so that we get a square, and distribute on the countertop.

Step 2: prepare onions and garlic.


After that, using a sharp kitchen knife, peel the onions and garlic. We rinse them in cold running water from the sand and dry them with paper kitchen towels. We leave the teeth intact and while we push them aside. Put the beam on a cutting board and divide it into 4-6 slices.

Step 3: prepare the chicken meat.


Next, select the desired piece of chicken, spared from bones, cartilage, film, excess fat, and also at the request of the skin. These can be parts of the bird, such as the hips, legs, breast, and even wings. When the choice of meat is made, we thoroughly rinse it, dry it with paper towels, put it on another cutting board and cut it into small pieces of any shape up to 2-3 centimeters in size with a new knife.

Step 4: make minced chicken and prepare the rest of the ingredients.


Then we install an electric or stationary meat grinder with a fine or medium grid on the countertop and pass pieces of chicken meat through it, alternating them with onions and garlic. In the dishes with the resulting minced meat, add a chicken egg, a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs, to taste salt, black pepper and a mixture of spices for grilling, although you can also use any other friend who uses poultry cooking. Mix everything with clean hands and move on.
Using a canned wrench, open a jar of pickled peppers and stalks, take out one large piece, put it on a clean board and shred along straws with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 centimeters. After that, we also chop the hard cheese, although you can make the slices thicker, for example, 2 centimeters.

Step 5: we form the minced chicken roll.


Now with a baking brush we apply vegetable oil to the surface of the spread foil, move the minced chicken on it and spread it with our palms, so that it lies in a layer of thickness in 1 centimeter.

We spread the chopped cheese with slices of pickled pepper on the ground meat.

This can be done in an artistic mess, in relief or as you like.

Using the same aluminum sheet, we roll the roll and seal it tightly. Not leaving a single gap.

The resulting sausage is put in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Pour into the selected dishes about a half cup of water and proceed to the next, almost final step.

Step 6: bake minced chicken roll.


We put the still raw dish in the oven preheated to the desired temperature on the middle rack and bake for 40 minutes. After that, using ordinary kitchen scissors, we cut the foil in the middle, spread its ends in different directions and leave the roll in the oven for another 7-10 minutes or until browned.
As soon as the meat product is covered with a golden-beige-brown crust, we pull the kitchen gloves in our hands and rearrange the dishes with aromatic dishes on a cutting board previously laid on the countertop. We allow the roll to cool slightly, after which it is very carefully, helping ourselves with two kitchen shovels, move it to any clean surface and very carefully remove the foil. Next, we cut the chicken miracle across into portions 2.5-3 centimeters thick, put them on a large flat dish or distribute them in portions on plates and try to bring everything to the table, rather than eat it on the way!

Step 7: serve minced chicken roll.


Minced chicken roll can be served both in cold and warm form as a second main course or as a tasty meat snack. Before serving, it is cut across in portions, distributed on specially designed dishes for this purpose and, if desired, decorated with fresh herbs, marinades or pickles. Such a simple, but at the same time tasty, as well as satisfying masterpiece will perfectly diversify and complement any casual or festive table! Cook with pleasure and enjoy!
