Making simple pizza at home:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

Pour the flour into a sieve and sift it into a medium bowl. This must be done so that it is saturated with oxygen, which will contribute to kneading a soft tender dough that rises well during cooking. On this occasion, you can do this several times.

Step 2: prepare the milk.

Pour milk into a Turk and put on medium heat. Literally through a few minuteswhen the liquid becomes warm, turn off the burner, and take the container with the help of kitchen tacks and pour its contents into a large bowl.

Step 3: prepare the dough for the dough.

Pour dry yeast into warm milk and add sugar. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Now put the container with the mixture in a warm place and leave for 15 minutes.

This must be done in order for the yeast to start acting and the dough to swell well.

Step 4: prepare the eggs.

Using a knife, break the eggshell, and pour the yolks with proteins into a clean medium bowl. Add a pinch of salt to this and, using a hand whisk or fork, beat the components until a homogeneous yellow mass is formed.

Step 5: prepare the pizza dough.

When the dough is infused, add beaten eggs to it and beat thoroughly with a whisk.

Now in small portions we begin to pour the sifted flour into a bowl. In parallel with this, beat everything with improvised inventory so that lumps do not form. When the mass begins to thicken, we continue to knead everything with clean, dry hands. We should not get a very cool dough, but which will not stick already. We cover the container with a cloth towel and set it in a warm place for half an hour.

During this time, the dough should increase 2-3 times.

After the allotted minutes, we take out the mass from the bowl and put it on the kitchen table, previously crushed with a small amount of flour. It is necessary to knead the dough well again with your hands so that carbon dioxide, which is formed during the activity of the yeast, comes out of it.
Now we form a ball from the dough and put it back into the bowl. Let it stand still a bit while we are preparing the filling.

Step 6: prepare half-smoked sausage.

We spread the half-smoked sausage on a cutting board and with the help of a knife we ​​clear the protective film. Then we cut the component into circles and move it to a clean plate. You can also grind the sausage in half circles, stripes and thin quarters.

Step 7: prepare boiled sausage.

We spread the boiled sausage on a cutting board and, using a knife, peel the protective film. Next, grind the component with cubes and transfer to a free plate. Attention: You can also chop the sausage into small pieces.

Step 8: prepare the sausages.

We lay sausages on a cutting board and, if necessary, release them from the artificial protective film (natural, for example, the gut can be left). Now we cut the component across in small circles and move it into a free plate.

Step 9: prepare hard cheese.

Using a medium grater, grind hard cheese directly on a cutting board. Immediately after this, pour the chips into a clean plate and leave them aside for a while.

Step 10: make a simple pizza at home.

We lay the finished dough on a table crushed with flour and roll it out into a thin flat cake with a rolling pin about 5-7 millimeters. Attention: if the layer is very large, then it can be cut into two parts and each baked separately.

Now gently shift the dough onto a baking sheet greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. We cover the layer with a thin layer of ketchup so that it touches the edges. On top of the entire surface we have crushed sausages. Next, turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature 200 ° C. Immediately after that, put the pan on a medium level and bake pizza for 20 minutes.

For a few minutes until the end we take out the container with the help of kitchen gloves and sprinkle the dish over the whole surface with grated hard cheese. We put back the baking sheet in the oven and continue to bake pizza until golden brown.

At the end, turn off the oven, remove the dish and leave aside to cool slightly.

Step 11: serve simple pizza at home.

Cut still hot pizza with a knife using portioned slices and serve at the dinner table with tea, coffee or beer.
